ROCHESTER -- The funeral for Elizabeth Burch will be 1 p.m. Wednesday at Ranfranz Funeral Home Chapel, with Scott Jorgenson of chaplain services at Mayo Clinic officiating. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery.
Mrs. Burch, 76, of 2614 15th St. S.E., Rochester, a former bookkeeper at Mayo Clinic, died Sunday (July 23, 2000) at Bear Creek Care and Rehabilitation Center
.
Elizabeth Jones was born Nov. 1, 1923, in Douglas. On Oct. 20, 1973, she married Dallas Burch in Rochester. He worked in delivery for National Bushing and Northland Electric.
Mr. Burch died Dec. 21, 1996.
Survivors include two daughters, Donna (Keith) Mathews of Rochester and Carol (Gary) Engel of Crane Lake, Minn.; two sons, William Seeverts of Rochester and Terry Kopperud of St. Paul; seven grandchildren; seven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Joan Befort and Katheryn Mathews, both of Douglas. A sister and two brothers also preceded her in death.
Friends may call an hour before the service Wednesday at the funeral home.
