Right Click on the image above and save to your PSP Image Files

Open the image, duplicate (Shift Key +D) and close original.

Colors/Adjust/Gamma Correction:

Link: Unchecked; Red: 0.56; Green: 0.82; Blue: 1.40.

(One way of working with colors. Image is of a young

early-American "Patriot" & we'll put more blue into his coat).

Below is the Gamma Correction windows' screenshot:

Below is how your image will now look.

Remember to save your work often

Step 2

Using color #092951 add a 14 pixel symmetrical border and select

with magic wand. You will have marching ants around your border

inside and out. While selected go to Effects / Geometric /Ripple

and use the following settings: 10 /21 Horizontal and

Vertical both at 50. Selections/Select none

Step 3. Pick a color from your graphic for a contrasting border add

a 15 pixel symmetrical border and select with magic wand. While

still selected go to Effects/ 3D effects/Inner Bevel

with the following settings

and this is your final result :)
