After downloading the file, open it with the appropriate program, print the forms and complete them.  A $50 deposit is required with the registration forms.  The completed forms may either be brought to registration, or mailed to the club at the address shown..

Microsoft Word 97 Format:

Your computer must have Microsoft Word for Windows 97 or newer,  to read this file.  If you do not have Word for Windows 97 or newer, you may download a Word for Windows 97 Reader program from Microsoft.

Adobe Acrobat PDF Format:

Your computer must have  Adobe Acrobat Reader 3.0 or newer to read this file.  If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader 3.0, you may download it from the link shown below.

The PDF format apparently is corrupted when downloaded using some versions of Microsoft Internet Explorer.  In this case, try using  the Self Extracting  file appropriate for your system.  It will self extract, create the directory "c:\rebels"  (or another directory that you specify) and copy the PDF file into that directory.  An attempt is made to open the PDF file with the Acrobat Reader.   The PDF file is left in the C:\Rebels directory for later use.   Therefore, even if the attempt to automatically open the PDF file fails, it will still be possible to manually read the registration forms with the Acrobat Reader later.

If you have winzip, pkzip/pkunzip or equivalent software installed on your system you may also down load this .ZIP file.  After downloading this file, unzip it and open it with the Acrobat 3.01 Reader.

If you need an Adobe Acrobat Reader it may be downloaded here.  This link will load an executable file onto your computer in the location that you specify.  After loading the file onto your computer, execute the program and follow the instructions to install the Acrobat 3.01 Reader onto your system.
