Why Minnesota Dominates

Basketball and Football

The Minnesota Vikings

The Vikings ended the pre-season like they're going to end this season in general; undefeated. We can all look forward to the greatest Vikings season in team history. I'm predicting them to go 19-0 (16 wins in the regular season, a first round bye, and three wins in the playoffs for the Super Bowl). I'm also pretty sure that WR's Cris Carter, Jake Reed, and Randy Moss will each recieve for 1,000 years, meaning QB Brad Johnson will need to pass for at least 4,000, but probably closer to 5,000.

Come back here for updates and highlights of the next "America's Team".

The Minnesota Timberwolves

Coming off the most successful season in the T-Wolves short history, we can't help but be optimistic. Look for another great year from our team. The key to the team's long-term success is figuring out who to keep and how to keep them. Once the lock-out is finished, team management will have to choose between signing and resigning two important players: F Tom Gugliotta and G Stephon Marbury.

Right now, the lock-out prevents any deals from being signed.

Gopher Sports

Minnesota radio sports personality Sid Hartman says that this year's Gophers Basketball will develop to be even better than the one that made the Final Four in 1997.

Stay tuned.
