Prologue
Millions of years ago, before all other life forms, there existed two Pokémon: Theodora and The Pokémon of Light. These two Pokémon went their separate ways, hardly noticing each other. But a few million years later all other life forms, including Pokémon, started appearing. Then it was clear that Theodora was a Pokémon of Pure Evil, and The Pokémon of Light was good-natured. Theodora killed all Pokémon in its way, and this angered The Pokémon of Light. It decided that it had to stop Theodora. And so began the great battle. Evil versus Good. After a long and destructive battle, The Pokémon of Light and all of its followers were victorious. The Pokémon of Light sealed Theodora in a pit with a force field above it, on a deserted island. There, Theodora waited, thinking up many different schemes of mass destruction. She tried them all, but was stopped each time by the forces of Good and the descendants of The Pokémon of Light.
Part 1: On the loose
50 years after the Pikachu event
Theodora was ready now to try her plan. She had been gathering energy for 50 years for this moment, as she sat in her pit prison. "THEO!!! THEO!! DORA!!" screamed Theodora as she used her super powerful Omega Beam attack. The force field above her exploded in a flash of light. She chuckled to herself as she climbed out of the pit. Theodora was on the loose!
Part 2: The search for the original Pokemon of Light
Theodora flew from continent to continent, looking for the dead body of the original Pokemon of Light. Each time she looked, found nothing, and pulverized the land below with an Omega Beam, leaving the entire continent a burning, barren, destroyed wasteland. At last she landed on the continent where Pokémon are the most abundant, the place where Ash was born. She searched the entire continent, and after almost a year, she found it. The long dead body of The Pokemon of Light.
Part 3: Resurrection
Holding the limp body in her hands, Theodora laughed. "Such an inferior being," she thought. "It did not have the gift of eternal life, unlike me! Hahaha!" She began to resurrect The Pokemon of Light, not even bothering to put soul into it. Soon it was alive, but with no mind to control its body.
Part 4: Supreme Power
A white glow began to appear around Theodora and The Pokemon of Light. A brilliant, blinding white flash and The Pokemon of Light was gone! But Theodora had changed, and now she had some of the physical features of The Pokemon of Light! "Now that I have absorbed The Pokemon of Light and its power, I feel like I am ten times stronger!" thought Theodora. "Now I have supreme power! Power enough to fuel my dream, the destruction of all in my path! Hahahahahaha!"
Part 5: Rampage
Theodora, overwhelmed by her love of evil, went on a rampage, killing all Pokémon and people, destroying all buildings, and infecting everything still alive with evil, in her path. In a day, half the globe had felt the fury of Theodora, and all was gone in that area. Mew, now growing almost to old to fight, felt the evil wave Theodora emitted. She also felt the cries of hundreds of thousands of Pokémon and people dying every minute. This saddened Mew, and she called for her child, Mewtwo, to help her in a battle, unlike any this weary old planet had ever felt, that she knew was coming. Mewtwo was reluctant, but eventually agreed to aid Mew.
Part 6: The beginning of the battle
Theodora immediately felt that there was a spot of focused energy about 200 miles north of her. "That must be the descendants of The Pokemon of Light, Mew and her child, Mewtwo. Their combined power is less than half of mine!" she thought to herself. She ripped through the sky at unbelievable speed toward them. In less than a minute she was looking down upon Mew and Mewtwo. Without a word said (Pokémon can't talk) they began to fight.
Part 7: The battle
Mew launched the first attack, hitting Theodora with a mighty Mega Punch. Theodora laughed, completely unharmed. Then from behind came Mewtwo, running at top speed, and tackled Theodora. Theodora laughed again as Mewtwo fell backward, stunned. Again she was unharmed. And again Mew used a Mega Punch, so powerful that Mew fell backward when she hit Theodora. But Theodora couldn't even feel it. Then Theodora's eyes turned red. Energy began to collect on her. Theodora was powering up! After a few seconds, she yelled "DORA!" and shot a powerful Light Beam attack out of her hand, an attack she got from The Pokemon of Light, who she absorbed. An explosion that could be seen from the moon ripped across the land as the Light Beam hit Mew. Mew went flying over the horizon, traveling almost as fast as light itself! A few moments later, Mew came flying from the opposite side of the globe. She had been thrown across the world! Mewtwo, just now recovering from being stunned, used his Recover attack on Mew, who instantly was revived. < I have a plan, my son. Listen close……… > Mew telepathically told Mewtwo. Mewtwo nodded, and began to use his Psychic attack. Mew used Hyper Beam, and the two attacks combined made Theodora fall backward. Theodora got up in a rage, and used her Dark Energy attack, firing bubbles of evil energy at Mew and Mewtwo. The attack left both of them barely hanging onto life. With the last of his energy, Mewtwo used the Recover attack. They both got up and Mewtwo began to use his Psychic attack to confuse Theodora for the moment, while Mew began to gather energy. < Goodbye, my son… > Mew telepathically said to Mewtwo. Then all of the sudden, Mew died. A victim of her own Death Sentence attack.
Part 8: The plan
Mewtwo stopped the Psychic attack and stepped aside to reveal the dead body of Mew. Theodora gasped, shocked to see her enemy finally defeated. Then she began to laugh. "Hahahaha! Another body to absorb, more power to gain! The power of Mew will increase my power ten fold! Hahahaha!" Theodora thought. A white glow began to appear around Theodora and Mew. A brilliant, blinding white flash, and Mew was gone! Theodora had absorbed her like The Pokemon of Light. "Good," thought Mewtwo, "everything is going along with Mother's plan…"
"AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!" screamed Theodora, in unbelievable pain. "What's happening to me?" thought Theodora. < If you haven't figured it out yet, Theodora, I'll tell you. Your body absorbed too much energy. Too much to contain. Now you will rip apart, and if you are lucky, maybe you will survive and just split back into yourself; who ever else you absorbed, probably The Pokemon of Light, judging by that Light Beam attack; and my mother. Then I will revive my mother and we will trap you in that pit again, this time, forever! > Mewtwo telepathically informed Theodora.
Part 9: Reviving Mew
There was a brilliant, blinding white flash, and lying on the ground were Theodora, unconscious; The Pokemon of Light, alive, but with no mind or soul; and the limp form of Mew. Mewtwo tried his Recover attack on Mew, but nothing happened. < No!!!!! > screamed Mewtwo telepathically to no one. He began flying toward the nearest Pokemon Center, Mew in his hands. He traveled for three days before he a town. Using his Swift attack, he blew a hole in the Pokemon Center and flew inside. He landed and gave Mew to a scared, screaming nurse and said telepathically < Stop your screaming and revive her. Do it now! Now, or you die! > He shot a barrage of Swift right beside her. Mewtwo had never been a very kind Pokémon. A half an hour later out came the nurse with a sleeping Mew in her hands. She handed it to Mewtwo and ran as fast as she could away. Mewtwo flew out through the hole in the wall of the Pokemon Center with Mew in his arms.
Part 10: Sealing Theodora in the pit
Mewtwo landed in a field and laid Mew down. He tapped Mew on the head and Mew woke up. < Where am I? > she asked telepathically. < We defeated Theodora, Mother! > Mewtwo responded. After a bit of explaining, they set off to where Theodora lay unconscious. When they got there, they found Theodora, barely alive, and The Pokemon of Light, also barely alive. They grabbed Theodora and flew her back to the island of the pit, and threw her in, still unconscious. Mew made another force field over the pit, stronger than the last.
Epilogue
As the two warriors headed back to where they left The Pokemon of Light, they found it missing! Where did it go? They wondered where it had gone, but went home anyway. Meanwhile, a groggy Theodora was just wakening, to find herself in the pit once more. Drat! she thought. I'm back in this cursed pit! And so Theodora began to plot her next escape, and her next plan of destruction.
