A break in the underbrush leads you a clearing. Glad to be out in the sunlight for a while, you linger and pause to stretch a bit. A movement off to your right catches your eye and you ever so slowly turn your head that way. Standing at the edge of a clearing is a tall, handsome stallion looking you over as if to say "What are you doing in my clearing?"
You watch for a while and a mare pops out from further behind him in the field. She gives him a look and then bravely and boldly trots over to you, her bird companion bouncing along on her back.
She gets a few feet from you and stops, quizzically looking you over as if she's never seen someone of your kind before. She scrunches her nose up while concentrating very hard on something, then her face relaxes again and she bounds right up next you. The other frondari gives a snort and starts moving your way, but she doesn't seem to pay him much attention.
A third frondari appears, looking very much like the one right next to you. She hangs back a bit wary and shy, staying next to her father.
