Most of the magnets have those "things"
built into them. They wouldn't be hard to remove if I had to. I just know
that if the magnets have fly back diodes, I'm supposed
to remove them. The "thing" that the arrow is pointing at is the "little
metal bar" that goes left to right, that terminate at the - and + terminals,
respectively. In the middle of the "little metal bar" is a little electronic
thingy........but enough with the technical terms. I'll let the pictures
speak for themselves. They're not the best, but they should work.
The above image doesn't have one of those
"things".
