11/6/00 - Jordan did his interview on KIIS tonight, and he said he hopes to have the album done in a couple months, and still plans to have a first single in January. He described his album as "on crack" and Jo Jo suggested he use that as his album title (Jordan doesn't have a title yet). Someone asked if he would be on any awards shows and he said maybe when his album comes out. He said all the songs (so far) are orginal songs (no remakes). He is doing 6 - 7 songs with Jam and Lewis. He said Ru Paul once said something like "You dance well, do you have any black in you", and Jordan said no, and Ru Paul said Well would you like some" (I guess he thinks Jordan is cute too:) A fan was telling him how she had all the New Kids sheets, posters etc. and Jordan said he was the same way with Princess Liea (Star Wars) and he liked her outfit in Return of the Jedi. Jordan also sang a bit of "You make me feel brand new", which if you remember was Jordan's favorite song back in the New Kids days. He impressed Jo Jo with his falsetto, and Jordan said it's kinda hard to sing falsetto without warming up first. Jordan admitted he's kinda sick of the "Right Stuff" because people sing it when they see him. He talked about when the New Kids performed at the Superbowl, they did an updates on the Gulf War instead, and they had practised for 2 weeks for that show. Someone asked if he is going to have other artists on the album, and he said Mya, so I'm assuming that is song that didn't make her album, but he talked about recording with her, so maybe they'll re-record it. Someone asked the briefs or boxers question, and I think he said breifs, and the fan asked if he can show them, and Jordan said it's too cold, and said something about shriveling, lol. Jordan kept making fun of JoJo's toe fetish. Jordan introduced the top 5 songs, one was "Shake your Ass" by Mysitical, and Jordan was like "Can I say this on the radio?" JOrdan said he likes to be an inspriation for people. He doesn't have a favorite song of his own. When asked where he sees himself in 20 years, he said hoping breathing. Someone asked if he could break any law besides speeding, what would it be and he couldn't think of an answer. He didn't really answer when asked who he'd vote for, but he encourged everyone to vote. He said he was called in for jury duty like 2 weeks after he registered to vote. Anyway that's what I remember, I tried recording the interview on a casette, but I don't know if I had it turned up high enough. I would listen again to write what I forgot,, but it's waaaayyy past my bedtime, lol Oh and I grabbed 3 screen shots from the Web Cam, here they are...
