The Latest News (Updated 10/14/09): (10/14/09) - The first IIRA Board Meeting for the upcoming ice racing season will be held at Bill and Margaret Gibson's house this Friday, 10/16/09 at 7:00 PM. Agenda items include setting the race schedule for 2010, and discussion on new website development.

(3/1/09) - Garrison Commercial Club Results
(2/27/09) - It was a great weekend of racing in Thunder Bay last weekend. Thank you to the TBAC for hosting another excellent event. Results will be available on the Thunder Bay Autosport Club's web site, or through mylaps.com.
(2/16/09) - Lake Washington Results Now including Endurance lap chart.
(2/5/09) - It was a perfect weekend for ice racing on South Lindstrom Lake last weekend, and a good field of cars came out to play. For the second weekend in a row, Mark Utecht and Jay Luehmann in the #1, GTX class Subaru Impreza took top honors in Sunday's endurance race.

(1/29/09) - Last weekend's Arctic weather may have been a factor, but it was a small field of cars that got our 2009 season started on Lake Mille Lacs. For those who missed the event, you missed a fun, albeit short course. A couple of new teams made their debut, but it was Mark Utech and Jay Luehmann in the #1, GTX class Subaru Impreza who won the battle of the red cars in Sunday's endurance race.

(12/13/08) - If you are wondering just how much fun rubber to ice racing could be compared to studded ice racing? Well, check out this rubber to ice racing video from the WSCC. Come out this winter and try your hand at rubber to ice racing! All you need is a decent road car with at least a 4 point roll bar and 4 point safety harness running on any DOT approved tire. More complete rules and details will be published in the near future. The IIRA is building this class from the ground up. So, show up with a prepared car and we can at least promise you some ice time. The more cars that show, the more ice time, and sprint races we will work into the weekend schedules.
