Cardassian Nor Deck

Comprising of almost completely uncommon and common cards, this deck can still cause some damage if your opponent is unlucky.  Once you get the ore processing, however, your chances are better.  Unfortunately, the Nor's downloading ability cannot be used on the non-aligned personnel (which are an important part of this deck), but getting the right Cardassians right away for early mission attempts will help.  Also, an added Cargo Bay may be beneficial, with all the freighters being used.  This is definitely not a battle-oriented deck, but it will be able to resist some attacks.
