YSAT is in the process of developing a 3-5 year plan for youth services in Olmsted County. Action Team members are in the first phase of the plan's development. Individuals and agencies that provide services to youth are being contacted to complete the a matix chart which will aide in determining both met and unmet needs regarding youth in the county.

In an effort to make this process easier for folks we've posted the chart on this web site. After completion please submit the information to Margie Wherritt, FACES Coordinator.
