FACES - Family Action Collaborative Olmsted County
FACES - Family Action Collaborative, is a partnership of Olmsted County professionals, consumers, parents, public officials, businesses, human service funders and providers who together have designed a community-based collaborative system that improves services for families and their children.
FACES Collaborative partners and members of FACES Action Teams are hard at work developing and implementing programs for families and children 0-18 years old. Included on this web site is information Action Teams feel important to share with their members and community stakeholders. Just click on button next to their name and you'll be connected to their page.
You will have the ability to link to Action Teams that have posted current information needed for ongoing collaborative work. Each Action Team will offer a general description of their purpose and projects.
