Love is this: "Hereby perceive we the love of God, because he laid down his life for us; and we ought to lay down our lives for the brethern." - 1 John 3:16
God loves you and me so much that He sent His only begotten Son to suffer and die for us. His precious blood spills out and washes away our sins when we acknowledge our sinful selves, repent, and believe on the Lord Jesus Christ.
There is more to being saved than saying a simple prayer. We must seek the Lord daily, strive to be like Him, study His Word and do what it says.
The Lord has so much love for us that our human minds cannot grasp the magnitude of it nor comprehend its depths. His love is endless. His love is avaible and free.
True love is found in and through Jesus Christ!
"And this is the record, that God hath given to us eternal life, and this life is in his Son. He that hath the Son hath life; and he that hath not the Son of God hath not life." 1 John 5:11+12
