Scrumptious Lemon Pie

1 8oz. fat free cream cheese

3 packs equal sugar substitute
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup cool whip "lite"
1 prepared pie shell {graham cracker shell is fine}
1/4 th cup chopped pecans
1 small box sugar free instant vanilla pudding
1 small jello brand sugar free lemon jello
2/3 cup non-fat dry milk
1 & 1/3 cup water

In a bowl mix cream cheese till smooth. add sugar substitute,vanilla extract and 1/4th cup cool whip, mix well and spread over pie shell evenly, next, sprinkle pecans over . Mix together dry pudding mix, dry Jello mix, dry milk & water with a wire whisk, blend well. spread over pecans and add remaining coolwhip for the topping. Refrigerate at least 2 hours
