BEAR CLUB INTERNATIONALWhat is the BCI?
As you can probally tell, BCI's favortite dip is Kodiak. Kodiak is often refered to as "the only bear you'll ever pinch". Unlike some chewers, we have nothing against those who chew other brands. Sometimes, for a change of pace, we'll throw in a fat dip of Skoal Mint (thanks El oso). As a matter of fact, I started off chewing Skoal Wintergreen. Attention novice chewers!!!--Most experienced chewers would advise newcomers not to start off with the Bear. This could result in a green face and profuse vomiting. Start off slow and work your way up to Kodiak, it will pay off in the long run.Respect the BearA true chewer will never disrespect the Bear. The Bear is our source of power, our lifeline, it must be handled with the utmost care.
Thank for stopping by. Here is some information and facts on snuff or chewing tobacco I have ran across. Snuff comes in a two and half inch circular can (net weight 1.2oz). Snuff users take a "pinch" or "dip" and place it between the cheek and gum of the mouth and suck on it, spitting is optional. The most common stuff is Copenhagen, Skoal fine cut and Kodiak, account for 92% of the U.S. snuff market. Hawken and Skoal Bandits account for 3%. Copenhagen is the top seller, but does not mean it is the best. An estimated 10 million American adults use smokeless tobacco. About 20 percent of high school-age males chewed tobacco or dipped snuff.
Chewing tobacco comes in a pouch, in the form of long strands of tobacco (leaves) or a plug (compressed leaves in a block) which users take a "chaw", "plug" or "chew" . The brands most commonly selected by users are Red Man, Levi-Garrett, and Beech Nut.
