¨ Served as a liaison between the Distribution mini-plant and both the Production Scheduling Group, and the IS Team. Performed analysis and initiated small projects that eliminated warehouse wasted. Provided methods of accountability and measurements of these goals. Held monthly meetings to provide updates and get feedback from support group.
¨ Provided second-level system support for Distribution computer systems running on VAX/VMS 7.0 and using RF technology. Wrote simple DCL scripts to perform regular tasks for end users. Performed some system administration (process management, queues and maintenance of system integrity).
¨ Worked with a team of experts serving as plant lead in the implementation of MS Exchange for the corporation in a worldwide enterprise. Served as Exchange Administrator for the Albany plant.
