If you don't know already, here is a brief overview of the history of our much beloved Sailor Moon.

Sailor Moon is a popular 'magical girl' Japanese cartoon created by Naoko Takeuchi. It started off as manga (see SM dictionary) entitled 'Sailor V', but was then developed into an even bigger story (The main character of 'Sailor V' is now Sailor Venus, a great Sailor Scout, of which I am her guardian). The manga Sailor Moon premiered in Feburary 1992, and because of it's great popularity in Japan, it was made into a cartoon. Later, it was dubbed into English as well as many other languages (like Spanish and German), so that we all could enjoy it!
