I'm a *HUGE* fan of Jim Morrison and the music of
The Doors. I have several books on his life and the life of the band - not that I'm
an expert or anything, just that I love the music they produced in the 60's... I wasn't too fond of the movie, it didn't tell the true story of the group, not that I'm surprised or anything
like that since cinema never tells the *whole* story of anything, just what they want us to know and the gory details of their sex life, screw-ups, and what made
them famous, then exaggerate the entire thing until it's barely real... But I digress... I love The Doors... 'Nuff said.
I'm also a *HUGE* fan of
HALLOWE'EN!!
It's a great holiday! Granted I don't get to go out and party, but at least I get to enjoy myself and my friends
while celebrating Samhain. That brings up another topic...
I'm a proud Wiccan. My husband is Pagan. We have 2 cats and we love them very much. I don't care for country music at all, but I love most other kinds.
I enjoy working with my altar,
researching spells, collecting Wiccan items, and practicing magick.
For those who have asked before - no, I'm not single. I'm married to a wonderful man who treats me with the respect and dignity that I deserve and gives me
the love I need; and in return I give him what his needs and desires require.... ;-)
One hobby of mine is collecting vampire stuff! I adore vampires, the whole
romance and eccentric nuances they are perceived to have. I love vampires
so much that I participate in a Live-Action Role Playing (LARP) vampire
game. I'm a LARPer in a global troupe (WSR/Within Shadow's Reach) under
the OWbN/One World by Night global group using the Laws of the Night White Wolf
system. Anyone over 18 and in the Fargo/Moorhead area are welcome to join. To know more, visit my links page and follow the LARP links.
I love to write - although I haven't been able to write since I was put on anti-depression meds, but I don't really mind, I'm feeling better, so that's a bonus. I recently stopped taking meds for my depression and I FEEL GREAT! Yeee-Haw!!!
I LOVE gossip! Got any? =D
V. C. Andrews was a great author before she died (RIP), her ghostwriter doesn't do her justice...
Camel Turkish Gold 100's and Orange soda are the 'nectars' of the Gods and Goddesses...
