I cheer at West Central Area School in Barrett, MN (GO KNIGHTS!!! ), where I am a junior. I cheer for Football, Basketball, and Competition squad. My squadmates are listed below! We all have a lot of fun cheering, stunting (I'm a flyer; once a flyer, always a flyer!), and dancing! We just had out first football game, we lost, but we had fun anyway! Basketball cheerleading is great too! Except when it seems that you are a magnet for the Basketball!!! But Far and Away, Competition squad is the best!!! Our school's comp squad started out strong, but with only six members! They didn't let that stop them, though! They got First place at both of their competitions!!! Last year (my first year) we did all right, we got 4th place at the Planet Spirit Competition and 3rd at the MCCAA competition; we had ten members. This year's squad, however, looks to be very promsing! With all new cheers, dances, and stunts, we are surely going to DAZZLE 'em!!! So you better watch out!!! We are

I have been dancing just about as long as I can remember, although, it wasn't serious at first. Just something to keep little Ashleigh busy on Saturday mornings! I danced from about age 4 to 8. Then our teacher left. When I hit seventh grade, I decided to take at a REAL LIVE STUDIO (I had previously been taking in the gym of out school)!!! It is called Dancin' Off Broadway and is in Alexandria, MN After one year, I got moved up to a competition group, we were called the "DAZZLERS." After a year of that, I decided that I wanted to take pointe classes on top of my regular class of Ballet, Tap, and Jazz. I did, and I still am. This year, I will be in a new class, we are called the "DREAMS." Someday I plan to be a dancer.
