How to make your request from Shinomori Misao...

In order to make your request, follow these steps..

1. Look at the tape list and decide which tapes you want.

2. Look at the rules and price list and understand how much those tapes would cost.

3. PLEASE check the missing tape list (located by a link at the main tape list) to make sure all of the tapes you are requesting are not on it.

4. Send an e-mail with the following information. Please include all information! It's very bothersome to e-mail you in response asking for pieces of information you may have missed when you originally sent your e-mail. Including all information will make it faster for both you, and me. Here is a sample of a request e-mail. Once again, money orders or cash only. *No Checks*

Hi. I'd like to make a request.

Bob Reynolds
1616 Hummingbird Court
Chicago, IL 55443

The tapes I want are:

Karekano Volume 1
Karekano Volume 2
Karekano Volume 3

I'd like Sony V tapes and I intend on sending a money order.

The total cost is $15

4. You will recieve an e-mail back from me including the information in a form that is easy for me to process. Once you recieve the e-mail with my mailing address, please send the proper payment to me. You MUST include the information I respond to you with. If you do not have a printer, neatly PRINT in legible handwriting on a piece of paper.
