Academics: Right now I am taking classes in Business and Early Childhood Education. Lately, I think I am leaning more and more to a career in education.
Family: I am expecting my first child, a boy, that we will name Jesse, in June. I can’t wait at this point! I am engaged to my highschool sweetheart. Sadly, my little sister, Jessica is the 16 year old girl that died in Macomb County of bacterial meningitis on New Years. Also, my two brothers, Kyle and Kory died last January in a house fire on Martin Luther King Day. So, my school work is a welcomed distraction for me since I have no other siblings.
Hobbies: Right now my number one hobbie seems to be napping and reading books on childcare and pregnancy. I love baking. I also enjoy singing. I sing with my father on weekends. I am also helping my family plan a fundraiser for the Detroit Fire Departments Fire Awareness Program in my brothers’ names. A meningitis fundraiser is planned for this year, also in Mt. Clemens, at a place my sister and I have gone to since we were kids called The Rec Bowl.
