Ok ladies I am going to try to break down the moves in writing please bear with me!! JJ :)
A few basics to help you along, HV=High V
LV=Low V
R.hip or L. hip=that hand on hip
broken HV=A HV with arm bent at elbow, broken T=T with bent elbow
pretty easy to get if you think about it, let me know if there are any questions
Are you ready-Front row-Are-HV You=LV Ready=clasp Back row-Are=LV You=HV Ready=clasp
Team toe touch jump
Step up to the test 1-2-Front row-Step=R.foot small step-squat legs-HV
Up=Small kick R.foot-HV
To the test=shelf motion, down on R knee,
1=clap-L leg down with right (on both knees now)
2-different for each front row person-Kristin & Caiti=Turn to R. box R knee out-clap----Lindy, Brittany & Cami Jo-Clap----Renae & Kate-Turn to L. box out L knee-clap
Step up to the test-Back row-Step=R.foot small step-squat legs-HV
Up=Small kick R.foot-HV
To the test=shelf motion, step back with R.foot
1=step L foot back to R-clap
2=clap
Black Gold Vikings-Kristin & Caiti-Black Gold=T to Front(facing Right) Vikings=turn to front R leg point to side RHV, Lhip
Black Gold Vikings-Renae & Kate-Black Gold=T to Front (facing Left) Vikigns=turn to front L leg point to side LHV, Rhip

Above the rest-Back row, Above=L step, The rest=R step to L hit HV
Think you can beat us=Bend forward at waist hands behind your back and change formation, step forward with R or Back with L, stand up on us
1-2-3-4-5-6-Front Row-1=shelf & R stomp 2=shelf and R stomp, 3=Clap, 4=down on R. knee, hold clap position 5-6
1-2-3-4-5-6-Back Row-1-2-3=hold hand behind back and wait, 4=shelf & R stomp, 5=shelf & R stomp, 6=clap
You are wrong-you=you point R straight centered with body, are=hips (fists) head look L, wrong=hips (fists) head look forward
Compete against us 1-2-3-4-front row-Compete against=LHV, R-touching inside L knee, us=stand up Lhip, RHV, 1=swing R down & around, 2=slap L with R to L side, 3-4=hold
Compete against us 1-2-3-4-Back row-Compete against=LHV, R back of hand forward down in front of L hip, Us=Lhip, RHV 1-2=hold, 3=swing R down & around, 4=slap L with R to L side
And you won't last long-And=L at side(fist) R Broken T sqaut, you Lhip, R point to crowd, won't last long=swing R arm over head to broken HV behind head and L up to HV
