Your Physician's office may call our Physical Therapy Department and schdule your appointment for you.

You may schedule your own appointment by calling Standish Rehabilitation Center at (989) 846-0937.

Your Physical Therapy can be provided at the facility of your choice.

Doctor's prescription for Physical Therapy is required.
