From: Brenda Roszkowski, Senior Resident Manager, Bryn Mawr Apartments
Dear Ms. Tabb,
I would like to take this time to express our thanks and gratitude for the excellent job that you are doing on our property. So often in our line of work, we seem to express when something goes wrong but never take the time to let someone know what a great job they are doing.
One case in particular: On April 22nd, Officer Beaster was working on our property. Upon doing his rounds he entered building 800E to smell smoke and to hear the smoke alarm going off inside the building. Upon further investigation, he heard the alarm going off in apartment number 814. He contacted his dispatch who in turn contacted the fire department. I was called and by the time I arrived the resident had opened the door and Officer Beaster proceeded to put out the fire that was burning on the stove. He proceeded to evacuate the building due to the heavy smoke. By the time myself and the fire department arrived, Officer Beaster already had everything under control and the only thing left was for the fire department to use the fans to disperse the smoke from the building
We would like to give special thanks to Officer Beaster and Dispatcher Jim Curry, but we would also like to give thanks to your company as a whole for the great job you do for us.
Thank you,

Brenda Roszkowski & John Cline Senior Resident Managers Bryn Mawr Apartments
