Metamora Country Days Art and Craft Street Festival

Tents are welcome. Crafters must provide their own table chairs and display booths. They are the responsiblity of the artist. ALL BOOTHS MUST BE SAFE AND HAZARD FREE. Crafters are responsible for keeping their area neat and clean.
Acceptance:
Once accepted there are no refund for show fees, NO EXCEPTIONS. Metamora Country days is an outdoor event so please be prepared. There are no rain dates or refund for cancellations.

Representatives of MACC or the Art and Craft Show can require removal of any and all items in violation of these conditions and reserves the right to make final interpretation of all conditions.
Table must be covered and displays must be tasteful in keeping with the family event.
Exhibits are expected to remain intact until after 5pm closing time. Do not dismantel your booth prior to that time. Please have all items packed and ready to load before you bring your vehicle up to the loading areas. In case of emergencies information for show chair person will be provide in your acceptance package.

Libility: Exhibitors will accept full responsiblity for any and all losses, injuries or damages, to persons or property that may be substained. Metamora Country Day Committee will not be held liable for any damages.
Your signature and acceptance on the application/contrac from shall imply agreement to all stated conditions. MACC will accept no responsibility.

Conditions of the Show:
Downtown Metamora on South Oak ST.
6 miles west of Rochester Rd and one mile East of M-24
All artist and crafters must be set up by 11 am. No breakdown until after 5pm closing time. No Exceptions
Spaces are 10x10 for $50 space fee. Larger areas must be arranged and paid for in advance.
Notification of acceptance with maps showing your location will be mailed by August 10th.
Rejections will also be mailed by August 10th. Our goal is to have high quality hand crafted items. We attempt to limit the number of any one type of craft to ensure that all crafters have the oppurtunity to make sales of their products.
$50.00 per 10x10 spaces. Larger spaces can be arranged for upon request.
Only ORIGINAL ARTWORK AND HAND CRAFTED ITEMS CAN BE SOLD. NO COMMERCIAL OR MANUFACTURED ITEMS ARE ALLOWED OR CAN BE SOLD. NO BUY/SELL ITEMS. Please include a list/ description of the items you plan to sell. 3-4 Photographs of the artwork, craft or product and one photograph of your display must be submitted with the application. The photogrphs must be of your current work. Exhibitors may only show work typified by the photos submitted. ( Photographs will be returned to you.
All crafters are responsible for collecting and payment of their 6% Michigan sales taxes. Exhibitors will transact and collect all sales.
