This list is specifically for stores that were proposed, but never opened for business. They will be counted whether or not the store was ever actually built, so long as there is some sort of confirmation that it was at least proposed.

Flint G-3140 Miller Rd. Site of a former Bill Knapp's restaurant.
When Bill Knapp's was torn down, plans were announced to build both a Tim Hortons and a Sonic Drive-In on the lot, but only the Sonic was built.
