How hard is it to buy a foreclosure?

Buying a foreclosed home is extremely easy. All you need to do is get approved for a mortgage, or have cash ready to pay for your home. If you don't know a mortgage broker, please see my link at the bottom of the page.

Every single day I do a search for all Hud foreclosures, va foreclosures, fannie mae foreclosures, and conventional foreclosures that are on the open market. I research each house and check all comparable sales to make sure it's a great deal. Even if it's too high at the present time, the price might be lowered to make it a great deal! The best part is, I wont charge you a dime for me to work with you! I get paid by the sellers.

What do you do for me?

I do all the legwork. I will search every foreclosure and every home on the open market that fits yours criteria. I look for comparable sales or fair market rent if you will be renting it out. I will set up all showings and take you through each one at your convenience. When you find one you want to buy, I will write up the offer and present it to the listing agent. All you have to do is sign it! After the offer is accepted, I will make all necessary phone calls to make sure everyone is doing their part so it closes in the shortest time possible. Basically I take care of almost everything except for signing your name and getting you approved if you wont be using cash.
