1st stop—Aruba

Doug, Mike, and I went aboard the Atlantis Submarine to view coral, fish, and sunken vessels at 45-, 90- and 150-foot depths.

Unfortunately, we can't remember the name of this sunken vessel!

Its capital city—Oranjestad.

We did some shopping in Oranjestad after the submarine excursion and lunch. Now we're relaxing with a Caribbean drink.

Mike and Grammie enjoying a short rest before we board the Adventure.

2d stop—Curaçao. Do they change the sign every time a new ship docks?

Some clever person created stone figures from the rocks and stones along the shore.

This bridge had to have a Michigan connection! Part of it was green and white while the other half was blue and gold!!

3d stop—St. Maarten. We visited the Dutch side. We took a water taxi to visit the main shopping area!

Another view of St. Maarten.

Another view of St. Maarten.

It was difficult to choose the most beautiful island!

Another photo of St. Maarten.

Here's Doug swimming in the Caribbean while in St. Maarten!

4th stop—St. Thomas, one of the U.S. Virgin Islands.

A beautiful palm tree in St. Thomas.

A view from the ship.

That poinsettia reminded me of the Big Island of Hawaii!

We toured St. Thomas—isn’t this beautiful!

A screensaver?

Enjoy the beautiful blues.

Another beautiful view of St. Thomas.

Just so beautiful.

So many variations in blue!

Do we look excited to leave? After our disembarkation, we toured San Juan before our flight home at 4 p.m.

Even Grammie looks sad.

Arriving pre-dawn in San Juan, here is a photo from the ship before our disembarkation.

Another pre-dawn shot.

Another pretty pre-dawn shot.

So calming.

Just so quiet.

This is the first of many shots taken from the Fort in San Juan.

Chris and Doug check out a sentry post.

A breathtaking view.

Doug checks out a cannon.

A view from the fort, taken by Mike—he took some beautiful pictures!

So pretty here, but much better in person!

How scenic!

So many movies have been filmed in San Juan—fooling us into thinking the movie was made in Europe!!!

San Juan must get its share of rain.

These photos could be used for screen savers!

Just like the sunset, our trip is now a memory but a fantastic one!
