World Tai Chi & Qigong Day

In 1998, Bill Douglas had a vision - to spread the message of the health benefits of practicing Tai Chi and Qi Gong to people around the world, by organizing a worldwide brotherhood of Tai Chi and Qigong players on a designated Saturday in April to practice their forms. In Kankakee, IL, we joined in the next year, gathering at Bird Park.
