
Therapeutic Tai Chi In-a-Chair was developed with the guidance of Physiatritsts, Neurologists, Physical Therapists, and others to benefit everyone affected by standing and/or balance issues. The full-range/full-body use routine is characterized by gentle stretching, restorative breathing, and moderate movement. Theprogram was introduced by the Nat'l MS Societyin 2004.
