Guide to Lowering Ping
By: Mouse.  Thank you to Albert for providing me with 98se pictures.

Note:
1. The instructions are for dialup users who are on Windows XP and Windows 98SE.
2. If your files that you are downloading seems to get corrupted, change the settings back.
3. I am not reliable for any damages that you may pertain.
4. Do not follow my pictures, the settings in the pictures are wrong, so don’t set it based on how my pictures are. These rules are simple, and I have used these settings since I begun playing UB on my Juno account, which was around May, 2001. Please do not rip this off.
5. Results may vary. I have seen people went from 2k/sec to 4k/sec and from 300 ping to 230 ping.
