This is our latest project.  We started off with the idea of a 24x24 addition to the front of the house. It was going to be our new master bedroom suite and we were going to add some square footage to our living area.  We decided to add a basement to the addition as we only had crawl space under the existing structure.  Then we decided to add an additional 6 foot to the side of the house to open up the dining/living area.  After a discussion with our builders they suggested that we change the roof line and pitch so that the new addition would now be the main house.  We then decided to go with a 2 foot overhang on the new addition to get the most square footage as possible.  The final plans call for an 1100 foot addition.

We are currently putting the finishing touches on the wiring and plumbing and will be ready for drywall soon.

Stay tuned for more pics and updates.
