Some background info-
I attend Oakland University in Rochester, Michigan. One of the most pituresque campuses in Michigan. Oakland University also boasts a historical orgin, Meadow Brook Hall, that makes it a well visited landmark in Oakland county. (To find out more about the campus click on the icon at the bottom.) I'm a senior there and should graduate in the year 2002. My major is journalism with an emphasis in advertising.
This past summer (2001) I went on a road trip with some friends. We went to West Virginia and through parts of Ohio. I will always remember it because I spent 7 weeks living in a van! Definitely worth the experience. (We hadn't planned on doing it that way but with a full size van who needs hotels?)
I also worked at Cedar Point in Sandusky, Ohio. It was a pretty intense job (I worked there for the past 4 summers). I got to meet people from all over the world and became more open about the diverse cultures all around me.
