How are we supposed to see whats going on behind enemy lines without endangering any of our men in uniform? Years ago they didn't think that was possible, but today, a robot has been created to do just that. Cypher, a robot with a built in surveillance camera, flies in and out of dangerous places, taking streaming video that is viewed by the government. It can be controlled by the computer, or if programmed, it can fly on its own. It has hover capability, and up to three hours of flight at once
