Welcome to my page. It is a tribute to all of the brave students who have or are now living through Mr. Hepner's gym class. First, we all go to South High School, in Michigan. Freshman and Sophmore year, gym classes are required, after that however, you can take Advanced(AP) Gym. AP gym class is a joke, they do nothing really, just play what they want. In normal gym though, it just plain sucks.
Fall, you start out with a weekly schedule like this, Monday-Baseball, Tuesday-Soccer, Wednesday-Fitness Day, all you do is run, Thursday-Football, and Friday-Free choice of those activities. Thats the normal fall regime. Then comes our favorite gym season, Winter!
Winter, you have Pickleball or Badmitton Monday, Basketball Tuesday, Freeze yourself half to death running outside Fitness Day, or Areobics for the girls, Basketball for the boys, Wednesday, Vollyball Thursday, and Free choice Friday. Fitness day gets switched to Fridays in the late winter. Plus, Mid-terms! Run 18 laps in 30 minutes or you flunk! A lap is 0.2 miles, fun eh? Oh yea, I forgot swimming....
Spring, this is where Sophmore and Frosh gym classes differ. The Frosh classes get to do work, while the Sophmores just play ultimate frisbee, walk the track, or practice for their sports. Thats the nice-ness of Spring. Plus, while the Sophmores are slacking off, the Freshmen are doing sprints, distance runs, long jump, high jump, shot put, and baseball again. Isn't it great to grow up?
But, what this page is all about is what a moron Hepner is. First off, to make this personal, he hates me. Second, he doesn't understand that a Doctor's note that says no running really means no running. Third, he won't let us play pickleball anymore, and fourth, the whole areobics thing. Fifth, he just is one of those people who you cannot respect.
