J.K. Rowling's Signature

This page will introduce you to the world of J.K. Rowling, the single mother who was catapulted from welfare to multi-millionaire in just of a handful of years through talented storytelling and interesting characters. By the end of 2001, she had sold an estimated 150 million books in nearly 50 languages. Warner Bros. plans to adapt all of the books for the screen.

And Rowling's just getting started. Three more volumes are due in her Harry Potter series. She has indicated that she plans to write other books with new characters as well, and possibly an encyclopedia that would be a guide to the Harry Potter world.

For further information on the woman who put the magic in Harry Potter's life, follow the links below.
