Based on some information at the Internet Movie Database. Updated 21 December 2001.
[1] ADR is automated dialogue replacement. It is the rerecording of cast and supporting actors for dubbing into the movie in postproduction. Also called looping.
[2] A boom operator is a sound person who handles the large microphone pole, or boom, that hangs horizontally over the set.
[3] A clapper loader is the person who handles the clapper, that wooden thing that snaps at the top and has the scene, take, etc. written on it and is clacked at the beginning of filmed scenes. The loader also places film into magazines for the cameras.
[4] A gaffer is the chief electrician for the movie set.
