HOUSEWARES, PART 1

The following are pictures and descriptions of Harry Potter items specifically for use as decorative or functional items in the home.

LINENS

GOODWIN WEAVERS THROWS & PILLOWS

Price: About $45-$50 (throws); $25 (pillows)
Description/Comments: Thick, woven cotton throws are blankets with full-color illustrations of scenes from the movie. Harry looks really geeky and bucktoothed in these illustrations by Warner Bros. artist Fred Bode. Bode's illustrations appear on many of the other licensed products. Matching pillows with the same images also are available. (1) Harry, Hagrid and Griphook ride the Gringotts cart to Harry's vault. (2) Harry nervously tries to mix a potion under Snape's overbearing eyes. (3) Harry goes for the Golden Snitch and a Gryffindor victory. (4) Hogwarts first years ride the boats to the castle. (5) Quidditch blanket featuring crossed broomsticks, Golden Snitch and Gryffindor-type colors.
