Blast off positions drawn morning of tournament for pre-paid entries. Entries received after
8/12/01 will be considered late. Late entry blast off positions will be determined by order received. |

Tournament Rules
|
37158. All safe boating and fishing laws will be observed, this includes proper licensing for
the waters fished (Canadian and US). All boats must meet saftey guidelines set by US coast guard for the Great Lakes and connecting waters. All boats must be covered by liability insurance. |
37159. Only largemouth and smallmouth bass shall be weighed and counted. Fish must
be of minimum Michigan size (14 inches). Fish not measuring 14 inches will be culled along with largest fish. Dead fish will have their weight reduced by 2 pounds (0.5) per dead fish. |
37160. Limit 6 fish. Contestants shall not possess more than the tournament limit at
anytime. Culling of fish shall not be permitted at docking or weigh-in. Fish must also be kept in an aerated live well. |
37161. Fishing waters: Detroit River (US and Canadian) and connecting waters
reached by boat. No wading. |
37162. Only artificial lures are permitted. NO LIVE BAIT or TROLLING ALLOWED!

37163. No Underwater viewing devices.
|
37164. In case of a tie, the heaviest fish shall break the tie.
|
37165. No minimum age to enter, but all contestants under the age of 18 must be
accompanied by an adult and have their applications co-signed by a parent or legal guardian. |
37166. NO ALCHOLIC BEVERAGES WILL BE ALLOWED IN BOATS OR ON
TOURNAMENT SITE. Failure to comply will mean DISQUALIFICATION. |
37167. During the tournament no one may leave their boat or no boat may leave the
water, except for emergency. |
37168. Maximum horsepower not to exceed manufacturers rating plate.

37169. Life jackets must be worn when main engine is running. Failure to comply will
mean disqualification. |
37170. Tournament hours are 7:00am to 3:00pm. Late boats will be disqualified.

W.C.B.A. reserves the right to subject contestants to a polygraph test. Decision
of the tournament officials will be considered final. |
