Gerbil colors

This is my color chart, it doesnt have all the known gerbil colors, but a good amount of them. I worked really hard on it I hope It helps most of you and you enjoy it!

 

Golden Agouti

A*P*C*G*E* Golden agouti or also known as the "wild color". It had a golden/brown body with black ticking and a white underbelly. Black Nails
Nutmeg aaP*C*G*ee/ee(f)
Nutmeg's are a golden yellow color with extreme black ticking, with a yellow underside and black nails.
Red Fox aappC*eeG* Red Fox, closely resemble argente. Red fox has more of a same-colored underside, more like a cream orange color.
Dove aappCc(h)G*E* Dove's are alittle bit lighter then a lilac. Usually described as a light grey. Red/ruby eyes
Black aaP*C*G*E* Black :op

Honey Cream

(Lgt. spotted DEH)

A* C(ch/cb) ee G* P* Honey Cream is a light cream color with patching, or ticking of orange on its body.

Dark eyed honey

(DEH)

A* C* ee G* P* DEH is a nice orange/golden color on top and a white under belly.
Argente golden A*ppCCG*E* Argente golden is usually described as a "goldish" color with a white underbelly, with red eyes
Siamese aaP*c(b)c(h)E*G* Siamese is a color point, body color is a tanish/light brown color with dark brown almost black colorpoints, on nose tail and ears.
Burmese aaP*c(b)c(b)E*G* Burmese is also a color point. Is a darker tan/brown color then a Siamese. The color points also seem darker to me.
Color point nutmeg aa cbcb ee G* P* Cp Nutmegs are a off-white with light black/brown ticking, usually a black "peppered" tail. Black eyes.

Spotted or Pied?

Pied-has regular spotting on the head. Pied adds a band around the neck, usually spots or a "band" on there nose. Spots or some whispy hair on its back is also white. Tail usually has white spots, and feet and paws are usually white. Belly is also white.
Spotted-Spotted gerbils has small spots on top of there head. Usually a small smear on the back of there neck. There tail is "tipped" in white also. Belly must be white.
