Dear Iranian Soccer fans,

It is with great sadness that I have to announce the discontinuation of this service. For the past three months, I have tried hard to provide you with the latest news about the Iranian soccer teams. However, given the increasing demand on my time, I can no longer continue this service without harming my own schoolwork. I am an eighth grade student who enjoys playing and discussing soccer. I continue to be proud of our Iranian national and domestic teams. “Iranian Soccer” and its affiliated newsletter, “Outside.the.Lines,” have been my most cherished activities in the past three months. I have enjoyed every minute of this and am glad that many of you appreciated these services. But, as the Persian saying goes, “the light needed in the house should not be offered to the mosque.” Given the increasing demands on my time by the school, I have to spend my time on my studies.

It has be a pleasure to offer “Iranian Soccer” and I hope I will be able to be of similar service in the future.
