The Awakening
As children we often grow feeling things within
that we're not aware of what they are. As time passes,
if fortunate enough, there comes a person
that can see inside others and has the ability
to open a world of enlightment. Bringing answers we seek
of ourselves with wisdom, truth, compassion,
patience, understanding, trust and love.
I was blessed to have had such a person find me
and teach me who and what I am,
as well as what I am capable of.
One who showed me how to reach for all I can,
how to set myself free and be the best I can be.
There is now spirit in my soul
and music in my heart
all because my awakening has come to life.
