The 1949 Kaiser Traveler Restoration Web Site Created By Mike Neubecker, KFOCI Bulletin Editor

This web site was created to give all interested an insight to the restoration of a very unique car - a 1949 Kaiser Traveler - the first hatchback produced in the United States. This car was originally purchased in late 1949 by the Muskegon, MI Quarterhorse Trotter Track to pull the starting gate at the track. I purchased this car in January, 1990, after it had been in storage for about 39 years. Please utilize the below links to access the stages of restoration and further information about my "Baby"
