(What if the reader is male?)

I, ME, MY

Unless writing autobiography or fiction, do not use the words me, I, we, us etc. 

 

Write about the topic, not about yourself!

 I think that Mike is not a very honest kid, but I like kids with wild personalities like his. 

Although Mike is not a very honest kid, his wild personality appeals to many readers.
