Our Club

The Trekking and Backpacking Club Peru, was founded in 1982 with the purpose of developing an association for independent travellers, based on free information about trekking, backpacking, adventure travel, events, tours and expedition opportunities in Peru.

We invite you to travel Peru with our help. Our staff is conformed by Guides, Trip Leaders and Tour Conductors with over 25 years experience in Adventure Travel and Tours around our country, giving you a wonderfull experience, that you wont forget. Also the TEBAC Travel Net, with operators all over the country, assures your travel to be safe.

Our Club specializes on trips on the Royal Inca trail, covering different mountain ranges, such as Cordillera Blanca, Huayhuash, Cusco, Pariakaka and Yauyos.

Beside, we have personalized Tours to archaeological sites on the coast of Peru, near by Lima, such as Pachacamac, Caral, Chanquillo, Sechin, Pañamarca, Moxeke, Pinkuri and our Esoteric trip to Markawasi (3 Days/2 Nights).

THE HUAROCHIRI - YAUYOS INCA TRAIL EXPEDITION

Last year, the first part of this Inca trail, was done. Located in two of the most outstanding mountain ranges in the Andes of Peru. On the trail you'll get to see these snow-capped mountains that are over 5,700 mts., such as Mt. Pariakaka (5,755 mts) and Mt.Llongote (5,780 mts).There are four high panoramic viewpoints and small villages on the road, San Juan, Tanta and Yauyos and lakes which are located in these valleys making the scenery spectacular. This year we seek to do the first organized trek, through these two ranges with a small group and complete the second part of this Inca trail.

THE ESOTERIC CENTER OF MARKAWASI

Markawasi, the most imposing of the Sacred Mountains on Earth, is located near by Lima, in the base of the Andes of Peru. Dr. Daniel Ruzo, dedicated many years to study Markawasi, to prove that this place was not a separated plateau, submitted to an impossible erosion; accrediting a cultural reality and its symbols. The sculptures made on natural rock, to be seen from a point or a specific direction with a special illumination conditions, turn them into different representations of animals, objects and human shapes.
