Rebecca's Favorite TV CelebsFor those of you who know me, then you know that periodically, I have favorite television programs that I MUST, at all costs watch every day. Without being able to view these programs, I cannot function properly. So, this page is dedicated to my current and past favorite television celebrities and programs.

PERCIVAL
Spring Semester, my sophomore year: My roommate, Mary (hi Mary!) introduced me to the fun world of "Little House on the Prairie". "Little House" is so cool! Where else can you watch a "realistic" show that breaks all the boundries of reality! Anyway, my idol is Nellie Oleson. Nellie is SO cool. She can get away with anything. But, there was one person who could control her, and THAT is Percival Dalton. (That's him.) He's kinda goofy looking, but he is DEFINATELY my favorite character on LHOTP. Percival was played by actor Steve Tracy who died of AIDS in the mid 1980's. So, I can't even send him an e-mail telling him how cool he is. :( |
BOB STILLMAN
Last fall, of 1999, I discovered a children's program on Nickelodeon called "Allegra's Window". This show was so cute! THe show featured actor Bob Stillman who played "Reed". Anyway, I wanted to learn more about Bob Stillman. I discovered that he is an actor who does musical theatre (!) and is currently in a production in Los Angeles called "The Last Session". This play is a semi-autobiographical musical about a musician suffering from AIDS who is about to make his last recording session before he commits suicide. Bob plays Gideon, the musician. I have the cd from the show, and it is extremely powerful. Anyway, I HAVE written to Bob Stillman, and he actually did send me an actual letter back. :) Bob seems to be a very kind as well as TALENTED man! |
BOB STILLMAN
My current favorite TV program would HAVE to be the ORIGINAL "Mickey Mouse Club"! It's on at 12:30 am every weeknight on the Disney Channel. It's so fun to see 1950's culture like this. I love this program. I put in a picture of Mouseketeer Cheryl, because I like Cheryl, and I think she's underrated. Besides the only Mouseketeer that anyone knows is Annete. So, this is my ode to Cheryl.
