Lincoln, township of Berrien county, Michigan. Population 1188.

Saint Joseph, post-village and township, Berrien county, Michigan, on Lake Michigan, at the mouth of St. Joseph's River, on Chicago and Michigan Lake Shore railroad, is the centre of the principal peach-region of the northwest; has 2 weekly newspapers and a flourishing trade in lumber and in fruit sent to Chicago, and a handsome bridge across the river. Population 2994.
