  Your focus in this life is taking the initiative and being your own person. For 
  several lifetimes, you have allowed other people to hold sway over you and 
  dominate your time and energy. Now you have the opportunity to do what you 
  have to do for yourself. You cannot please everyone, so you've got to please 
  yourself. At times, you just want to be in a relationship, whether or not it's good 
  for you, only to realize that the other person is so dependent on you that you 
  can't do your own thing; we should have learned how to do that back in the 60's!
