Draft
Day
The
draft will consist of 16 rounds. Draft
day is on Friday, August 9th.
The draft will be S-shaped, which means even numbered rounds will go in
reversed order. Each team owner may
select NFL players in any order so as to fill the following openings:
Quarterback 2
Running backs 3
Wide Receivers / Tight ends 3
Special Teams/Kickers 2
Defense 2
Wildcard player 4 (any of the above)
Any
team owner who can not attend the draft day must have a representative take
their place.
For
any NFL week when a Thursday night game does occur, the team owner is
responsible for submitting a lineup no later than
Lineups must
be turn in every week even if it is the same lineup.
There
are three different types of starting lineups (normal, wishbone, and wideout) that you can use at any time of the season. The overtime player is not figured in your
total score, its use is for ties only.
A
starting lineup can be one of these three different formats:
Quarterback 1
Running backs 2
Wide Receivers / Tight ends 3
Special Teams / Kickers 1
Defense 1
Wishbone
(3rbs, 2wrs)
Quarterback 1
Running backs 3
Wide Receivers / Tight ends 2
Special Teams /Kickers 1
Defense 1
Wideout (1rb, 4wrs)
Quarterback 1
Running backs 1
Wide Receivers / Tight ends 4
Special Teams /Kickers 1
Defense 1
The
defense team is not a single player, it’s the entire defense. It scores whenever any player on that defense
makes a play (sack, interception, safety, touchdown). If you have a player that
is on a defense, which scores a
touchdown you do not get any points unless you have that defense.
Free
Agents
Any
player not on team list is considered a free agent and available to any team
owner. Each manager gets $100 FB
(Fantasy Bucks) for the entire season. The FBs are
used for bidding on free agents. The minimum bid is $5 FB. By
Trades
Trading
players between 2 or more teams is allowed by contacting the commissioners. The
commissioners have the right to deny any trade they feel to be unjust to the
rest of the league. Their decision may
be overturned by a simple majority vote of the team owners. Players can be trade for FBs,
too. The cost of any trade is $1.00 per trade per team. No trades will be allowed after the 12th week.
If
a player is dropped from a fantasy team, managers must wait until the following
week to pick up that player if they want him.
This allows every manager to have a chance to pick up that player if
they choose to.
Weekly
Tie Breaker
Weekly
high score ties will be broken as follows
1.
Tie breaker player points scored
2.
Most touchdowns per team
If
a tie still stands, the team will split the winnings.
Playoffs
Playoffs
will begin the 14th week. The 2 conference winners automatically
advanced to the playoffs and will have a bye for the first week of
playoffs. The other 2 division winners
are in and 2 wildcard teams. The 2 wildcard teams are determined by team’s
record and in case of a tie refer to the ties section. The last six teams will play
in the Toilet Bowl for the “American Standard Trophy”. All teams will continue to submit lineups for
weekly winner.
Playoff
Challenge
Everyone picks a starting roster at the beginning of the
playoffs. They must be submitted by
Ties
The
following is a tie breaking scheme should two or more teams have same records
at the end of the regular season. Tied
games count as half a win.
1. Record against other team in the tie
2. Overall record versus other teams.
3. Total points scored throughout the
entire season
