About
CCHE
CCHE is a nonprofit educational
organization that provides networking for area homeschooling families primarily
through conferences, organized activities, and newsletters. Families
are encouraged to seek their own legal advice and selections of tools they
need to home school according to their principles and beliefs.
~~~~~~~~
Copper Country Home Educators
is a loosely-organized group of homeschooling families, supporting one
another through conferences, activities, a newsletter, and this website.
Use of the group name is subject
to the agreement of five board members to protect the integrity of the
group. However, no hierarchy exists for determining specific programs.
The chess club, the Keepers of the Faith group, and other activities began
as someone's idea and grew through communication and participation. If
you have an idea for a homeschool activity, feel free to put an announcement
in the newsletter to see if there is support for it. If you would like
to arrange a field trip, make the arrangements and put the word out; such
activities are not specifically regulated by CCHE. Articles for the newsletter
are welcomed at the discretion of the editors. CCHE is homeschoolers supporting
one another, so get involved.
The opinions expressed in
the
newsletter are not necessarily
held by all CCHE members.
